Denise Wozniak is originally from Reading, England and now makes her home in British Columbia, Canada with her husband and two dogs.  Denise is a speaker, writer, certified speaking coach and enjoys photography.

 Denise writes "It's too easy to fall into the trap of linking our identities to our illnesses".

She looks at why we get trapped in depression and how we can move forward. In addition, she examines how we can rate and time our worrying during the day.

 Denise recently gave a TEDx on how hobbies can lead us into exploring our surroundings and having an attitude of gratitude.
