Episode Info:

Leela wore many hats on the way to become the person she is today. She even worked as an IT person and cabinet maker for a while. And she is an ordained minister.

Following pleasure finally helped her to break through to the work and life she is meant to live. You could also call her a transformational guide.

Helping other people to discover their truth made her aware of two different types of how people express themselves. There are what she calls expansive and intensive people.

Intensives as Leela calls them are just that - intensiv in almost every aspect of their lifes. Since she is one of them she dug deeper and immersed herself in the way intentsives approach the world. Those are women and men who are told they are to much, to laud, to intense, to…insert your flavor here. Leela proposes that we live in a world where the expansive way of living rules, like working for a certain amount of time and than switch to recreation time daily opposed to immersion in work 24/7 for days and than the need to rest for another few days.

I found it interesting to gain a deeper understanding in my own behaviors and accessible ways to make it easier on me.

If you want to learn more about how to become ok with being to much listen in.

You can find Leela on Facebook and her own online home .
