The Ultra Mindset Podcast
About This Show
Join me as I, Damian Lynch, chat with people from around the globe who are achieving the exceptional and pushing the boundaries of what is possible for all of us.
People potential and mindset have always intrigued me. Why is it that we all have access to the same resources but only some choose to take massive action, take on the unknown, and live the life many of us feel is way beyond our reach?
For some it stems from when they were young, others have grown into the challenges they take on almost by accident. For all there’s an inner fire now lit and the belief that plus est en vous - there is more in you – is in all of us.
You will hear from people who come from a variety of backgrounds, ordinary everyday people doing extraordinary things, where they’ve trained their mindset to switch into ‘ultra’. They share insights into their adventurous outlook and what creates that relentless drive to keep on going, whether they have a personal mantra, use NLP (neuro linguistic programming) or more....
Being from New Zealand, where we are famously known for ‘punching above our weight’, as much as for our lush green outdoors, beautiful waters and natural adventure playgrounds, I’ve always been particularly drawn to sports like running, climbing and biking.
The Ultra Mindset podcast is about connecting the dots, as Steve Jobs would say. My hope is that sharing the insights from these amazing individuals will create a spark, excite and ignite you to conceive, believe and achieve the adventures of your dreams.
Thanks and enjoy!
