Episode Info:

I'm like a star struck fanboy in this, the final episode in the Transplant Trilogy.  Starstruck as in, I sound exactly as I sounded on the Pascual Projects 1st episode:  Like I just snorted 3 lines of coke, while my distinguished guest is cool as a clam.  Dr. Abdeen has been with me from the beginning of the whirlwind of kidney failure up to present day.  I feel like a fanboy because I wasn't sure he'd be able to do this, because I've wanted him on the show for months, and he's watched me grow as a person and as a man for almost the last 15 years.  Of all my guests, at the time of this writing, he has known me the longest.  I ask him about the trials and tribulations of med school, what helped him make hard decisions that would dictate the rest of his life, and even more.  Maybe halfway through, we get personal, I reveal how he helped me make one of the most important decisions of my life, and it was the closest I've ever come to getting emotional on the show.  His message for success is empowering, important, timeless, and uniquely American.  We cap it off with exciting news on our joint project for the future.
