In our CrossFit journeys, we experience a lot achievement. Setting a new PR, the first time you beat the time cap, the first time you get to do birthday burpees! All of those things are significant milestones. However, we all get to a point where we “Hit The Wall” and things become less exciting then they were 6 months ago. Sometimes we even get to the point where it’s not fun anymore and we simply feel burnt out.
In this weeks released, Mo and Bro talk about their personal challenges they have faced with burnout. They talk about some of the signs and symptoms, and also give you a few things to think about when you find yourself in this situation. Hopefully the guys can help you learn just a little something from Episode 12: How To Avoid Burnout.
