Aaron Norris is joined this week by Rose Quint. She is the Assistant Vice President for Survey Research with the National Association of Home Builders. She holds a B.S. in Economics and International Business from Old Dominion University as well as a Master’s degree in Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Aaron and Rose will discuss why she chose to work in the building industry, reasons there are not as many smaller, affordable homes being built, what new homes in 2019 will likely feature, trends that are surprising her as well as new ones she sees on the horizon, features home buyers want to see in their homes, whether or not millennials still want to own a home, energy-efficient features and whether people are willing to pay for them, and much more on the real estate radio show.
