I haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate rushing.
It makes me feel like I'm out of my body and not experiencing my life first-hand.
But it's hard to stop rushing when everything around us pressures us to subscribe to a fast-paced life style to "keep up with the "Joneses" and to be okay.
In the episode I talk in detail about the below symptoms of rushing and what they mean:
1. Being uncomfortable with our emotions and feelings
2. We are trying to avoid something
3. We aren't valuing ourselves or our time
4. We've placed rigid, unrealistic, or arbitrary rules upon ourselves
5. Having a false sense of responsibility
