Has the potential to be GREAT
I've been binge-listening to this podcast over the past couple of days and I've really enjoyed it. The hosts are charming and funny while still being informative. That said, they often lean too hard on jokes and references from other shows - McElroy content especially - or hype themselves up too much, sounding more like hyperactive Tumblr teens caught up in a personal conversation rather than hosts conveying content to the listener. These two things come together to make the podcast lack its own identity and "voice." I truly think the potential is here for something truly great, and I see it blowing up in the future if a bit of care is taken to polish it.

Terrifically entertaining hosts!
I'm generally not into cryptozoology, but the hosts have such an entertaining, dynamic style as they riff off each other and share their passion for mysterious monsters and adorably tiny animals that it's hard not to listen to every episode as soon as they come out.
But if I'll be honest, I'm making this review and giving five stars for one reason and one reason only:
