A fantastic podcast!
A podcast that is not intent on selling you anything but the idea that you can change and improve the way your train and think about your training. It is as entertaining as it is informative. This podcast begins with giving you some facts with which to develop your own context as well as a foundation to build on for listening to the series. It has helped me trim out a lot of my own biases, engaged me to challenge my own ideas, and gave me some great food for thought. It helped me develop my own context and reason for training-and life-that got me moving in the correct direction and make progress. I found all the shows very worthwhile and informative. I hope they continue with the next volume to expand on this groundwork. Thanks Guys!
