Kevin began his career as a professional radio personality in the hip hop genre. He was the epitome of the lifestyle, clubbing, late night partying, poor eating habits, smoking, etc. The hard lifestyle resulted in his body breaking down long before it should have. When he was 28, he had a scare that would change the course of his life, which was feeling like he had a heart attack.

The road to recovery was not a fast one. Often we think that changing our health happens overnight, but the reality is that our bodies didn't end up in a poor condition overnight either. The process of changing his health took place over a period of about 2 years. Eventually, Kevin became a vegan as he immersed himself into understanding how to transform his body.

One of the challenges that people have to change their lifestyle is overcoming food addictions. People can become addicted to food in a variety of reasons. Some are addicted to sugar, some it's because eating food is associated with a particular behavior. Regardless of what the cause of the addiction is, it is one of the first things that must be addressed when wanting to change your lifestyle.

Ultimately, food is the root of many illnesses and conditions that we are experiencing. Always remember, that not everything we consume digests properly.

There are several things that anyone can do to improve their health as it involves food.

First, avoid dairy products. When you look at the purpose of milk, it is to provide nutrients to newborns not to be consumed as an adult. Also if you look around in the world, where do you see adult animals consuming the milk of another animal? Additionally, avoid fried foods as well as processed meats with nitrates in them.

The lifestyle changes that Kevin made resulted in him launching a line of herbal teas. This was a result of consistently recommending products for clients to utilize.
