We want you to live an amazing life, full of energy and vitality that comes from being a little thoughtful about what you eat, taking the stress out of trying to stick to fad diet rules, getting amazing sleep, having loads of energy and a great sex drive! Exercise should be used on a “best return for your time” basis depending on your lifestyle. No point trying to get to a gym 5 days a week to do exercises you hate doing. As little as 4 mins 3 times a week might be all you need. Overall we want you to live each day with as little “stress” about being perfect and as much health and happiness as possible."
