Episode Info: About This Episode For 23 years Tom Kelso was in the collegiate strength conditioning profession, serving as the Head Coach for Strength and Conditioning at Saint Louis University, the University of Illinois at Chicago, Southeast Missouri State University and the University of Florida. Tom holds certifications as a Strength Conditioning Specialist and a Strength Conditioning Coach. He was named Master Strength and Conditioning Coach by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association. And in 2001, Tom received an honorary certification from the International Association of Resistance Trainers. Tom has worked with athletes at the Olympic and professional levels, and is a strong advocate of safe, practical and time-efficient training.
