Sheli tells her story of leaving university, single and overweight to then wanting to find herself and starting Crossfit for herself. To find that she was naturally strong and talented. But also as part of the journey she has become very self reliant, strong and independent. 

We delve into the magic of being yourself and how to stand behind it, this I LOVE.  "Someone's shot of whisky, rather than everyone's cup of tea." 

And then we move into her story of becoming more of herself to the strong and independent lady she now is. Her true self is a strong and confident lady, that has allowed her to achieve so much. 

Oh and the constant need for more in society and the pressure that we place on ourselves. Plus how she's happy NOT conforming to the stereotype of the "perfect" body image and being herself.  I love Sheli's passion for what she does and the certainty in herself, this is what to me makes her strong.
