Honest, informed, and entertaining too!
You can tell this fair dinkum Aussie doctor guy is real and genuine and honest:
he recommends we look into an internationally recognized very recent local study done in New Zealand... twice!
But cereally, it really is interesting to hear how your average common-garden legit family doctor guy finally gets to discovering the scientific truth of the nutritional benefits of a whole foods plant-based diet for themselves... and then the difference it makes to their own lives as much as those of their patients.
