Welcome to episode 15 of the Simplify the Game podcast. In this episode I wanted to do a bit of a summary of the last three, bringing it all together and talking about how you can use all of this to create a sustainable nutrition strategy.
It can be daunting trying to wade through all of the different options and strategies that there are to create a nutrition plan of your own. Fear not, I have broken it all down into hopefully simple step by step stages to calculate calories, creating a calorie deficit and daily protein requirements and much much more, so sit down, relax and enjoy.
