Being one of the first youth in his hometown to have been tried and convicted as an adult at the wee age of 15 for a gang related homicide in the early 1990’s. We caught up with Jib Artisan to talk about his new album “Stocks & Bonds,’ a successful underground street album that he has managed to release from behind the walls of San Quentin State Prison.
