Seth talks about seeing a window being open in his son's room - and how he handled it hearkened him back to the energy he displayed once his son showed sincere contrition.  He then thought back at the times he would be angry at the smallest things, and how he flew off the handle. Your anger at something so small in the now could lead into more contentious moments for you later.  It is a simple matter of managing stress.  Perspective is the key - and if you practice it, you will own more of your power in the process.  

You have the power to choose your reactions.  You don't have to hurt your subordinates, your family, your friends - or yourself - in flying off the handle.   The Bible says, "Do not conform to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind ..."  Transform your thinking to handle anger and stress in a much more composed fashion.  Your life will be a whole lot better because of it.
