Episode Info:

This week, Kevin and Justin are joined by strength coach, speaker, and internationally published writer Lee Boyce. Lee coaches clients and athletes for muscle, strength, and sport performance in Toronto, Canada. His work is regularly featured in many of the world’s largest publications, like Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Oxygen, Esquire, The Huffington Post, Men’s Journal, and T-Nation. He also ran track at the National level in university as a sprinter and long jumper. On this episode, Lee describes his lengthy road to recovery from a devastating injury nearly two years ago. While playing basketball, Lee ruptured BOTH of his patellar tendons, requiring immediate major surgery, and leaving him unable to bend either of his legs. Lee explains how he coped with the injury, how he rehabbed back to full strength, and what he learned in the process. The guys also chat about the issues with "Instagram trainers", online coaching the right way, and finding success as a writer in the fitness industry.
