In this episode I also share some wonderful stories and advice from Bridechilla vendors who shared their most valuable advice for keeping chill when it comes to planning your wedding and answer your wedding planning questions!
Bridechilla Kelsey wants to know about the etiquette behind partners of the bridal party and what they should do in the lead up to the wedding and on the wedding morning?
Is it kosher for a partner to attend a groomsman's morning, while they prepare for the wedding? Kelsey has met a girlfriend of a groomsman who believes that she'll be hanging out with the guys on the morning of the wedding, and Kelsey thinks that this is probably not that appropriate.
Bridechilla Christina has a question about bridal party selection. She has a rather long list and is worried about letting people down.
I share my thoughts about how to select people that you want to be part of your day without feeling guilt, or resentment when it comes to leaving people off the list, especially if you have a lot of close friends.
A great question from Bridechilla Mary about her choice to only serve vegetarian food at the wedding. She's had a couple of friends and family members react negatively to their choice. With such negative feedback what should Mary do? Should she stick to her guns and not serve any meat products at their wedding, or should she create a meat option to appease her friends and family who don't get their vegetarianism?

I cannot describe amazing it was to have this podcast while well planning. Aleisha made wedding planning so much easier because she (and her guests) talked about it like sane human beings where doves & calligraphers (and especially chair covers) were not needed. I've been listening since it was called the Save the Date Podcast and it always made me feel like I was listening to a friend and in a community of other like minded, haven't been planning my wedding since birth, don't want to go into debt brides.

This wasn't what I was expecting - it's waaaaay better! The style of the show is so natural and relaxed - it will deffo take the stress out of wedding planning. So if you're knee deep in wedding magazines, blogs and peer pressure - get a bit of this in your life, and thus become a bride or groomchilla.
I have to admit, I'm already married - listening to the Save the Date podcast is my guilty little secret...

LOVE this podcast!
The Bridechilla podcast is informative, entertaining, and shocking at times :) - and I LOVE it!!! Aleisha is down-to-earth, funny and often mouthy (lol) - all wrapped up in a lovely, well-spoken, beautifully accented host. I feel like she's a friend I get to spend time with. Love you, Aleisha!
