What is Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy is the evaluation and correction of nutritional excesses and/or deficiencies. The nutritional therapist advises clients how to restore nutritional balance and evaluates their progress as they work toward that goal.

Digestion

What we digest is what makes up our body or cells.  Our western digest of highly processed foods and high sugar content is destroying our gut. Inflammation sets in and digestion stops.  Many people don’t know how bad they feel until they stop ingesting what makes them sick.  Here are some suggestions to think about:
