Fitness made simple and effective
Matt from The Red Delta Project is the expert in all things fitness. Where he really shines is the in his expertise of using body weight training to build strength and muscle. His approach is easy to understand. If you focus on the root causes of the changes you want to make, you'll make better and more efficient progress with less time and energy wasted. I feel much more independent in my fitness journey, however, Matt is always available to answer your questions should you get stuck. The RDP podcast has Matt's best stuff!
