As many of you know, I struggle with food - that's why I like to learn as much as I can. A lot of it comes from lack of mindfulness with what I am ingesting in my body. In this episode, I chat with Meghan Wilson of Krew Wellness - -about how to feed myself properly so I am working from my best. 

Her story is amazing - at age 21 she developed early onset Menopause, Insulin Resistant Type II Diabetes, was on a heart attack prevention protocol, and had developed 2 different autoimmune diseases.
