The Pawnee Nation filed a lawsuit in tribal court in Oklahoma against 27 oil and gas producers.  The European Parliament has voted to end visa-free travel for Americans within the EU.  It comes after the US failed to agree visa-free travel for citizens of five EU countries. The United States carried out a second day of air strikes against al Qaeda in Yemen, U.S.  Norway's government paved the way to widen the culling of wolves, a policy move that incensed green campaigners seeking to protect the endangered species.
