Lots of light bulb moments went off for the viewers in the first episode in the Overwhelm Series of SmallStepsTV. My hope is that we begin to recognise we have a choice about overwhelm and hopefully sharing what I did about our identity on Wednesday night goes a way to shift our ideas around it.
