Episode Info: The Daily Grind is a documentation of my personal weight loss journey. I use this format to not only keep myself accountable, but to share this physical and mental battle with others that may be in a similar circumstance. As an obese man, it is very intimidating to see fitness models and gurus telling me how I should be moving and feeling. How could they possibly relate to the struggles of obesity? My views are coming from the source directly without the fluff and consumer mentality of many other websites, blogs and product-pushers. My goal is to document every aspect of my weight loss. Not only the good days, but also the bad, painful and discouraging. I DO NOT focus on the number of pounds that I weigh. I believe that it is more important to base your results off of the way that you feel physically and mentally.  I am not a dietitian, doctor or fitness expert. I am a 350 lb, normal guy that wants to make a positive change in his life. All of the opinions, thoughts and advice that I provide in my videos are based on my own experiences.
