During his time as an Emergency Medicine Resident in NYC, Dr. Andrew Grock developed a love for the city. The friendships he made while living in New York are life-long and deep. Emergency medicine has been hit hard by COVID-19. We train to be in the trenches, we train for nearly anything. But it's hard to train for a pandemic. This week, and always, we honor all of our colleagues in healthcare and on the frontlines as essential workers who have died of COVID-19.
