Dec 6 17
This week is the season finale and WOW do we have a huge finale guest! We’re talking to psychiatrist, empath, and best-selling author, Dr. Judith Orloff. No really. Do you understand how fortunate we are to get to learn from this incredible woman? It’s huge.
Judith and I discuss what it means to be an empath, her proven coping strategies, dealing with energy vampires, and why she told me to “mind my own business” (favorite part of the show).

I LOVE this podcast!
I found Jessica & the One Part Podcast earlier this year (2015), but only recently started binge-listening to all the episodes about a month ago. I'm going through some personal struggles right now, and listening to Jessica have honest and un-apologetically deep or intense conversations with these amazing women has been a sort of soothing balm. I love that the podcasts can cover such meaningful topics in a fun and playful way, like it's just two friends talking (two people who, by the end of the podcast, I want to be friends with IRL). Thanks a bunch Jessica and keep them coming!

Love this show!
My favourite podcast discovery of the last year! I love the inspiring guests Jessica has on and the insightful questions she asks them, all while feeling like you are hanging in the living room chatting with your best friends.
