Dr. Greger is the best. More than just a podcast.
I'm so glad Nutrition Facts is available on Stitcher now. I've been downloading Dr. Greger's podcast from his website. Dr. Greger gives great advice that is both detailed and accessible for the lay person. However, he's not just a podcast. Dr. Greger's website is packed with articles and videos on almost any subject of nutrition you can think of and his book, "How Not to Die" is among the best on the subject. There is also a Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen app. He's doing great work to educate people about a healthy lifestyle and everything he says is sourced back to scholarly articles.
