Episode Info: Five years ago I would have laughed if you had suggested meditation could help my business but I’ve gradually become a convert.  This week I share my journey and recommend some specific guided meditations that help me enormously.  As I did my 10 minute meditation this morning, Bitcoin went up so I got out of a trade in profit and a new client enquiry came in.  Make of that what you will!Clicks And Leads is a “tongue in cheek” digital marketing Vzine by entrepreneur, author, podcaster, speaker, Nicola Cairncross. On the blogResistanceVisualisationWhat Does Success Mean To YouWhat To Do With Your GoalsBeating Resistance – Tip 1Beating Resistance – Tip 2What You Focus On IncreasesWhat It’s Really Like To Live & Work AbroadDust and DoldrumsPrefer to read?Hi everyone, it’s Nicola here and all the stars have aligned for me to be able to talk to you this week. Yes, it was perfectly pleasant and I suspected it was doing me some good, in my brain somewhere that I couldn’t tell the effects of. Yeah so then what happened, then Steve died and I was looking for anything to make myself feel better. Even temporarily. I started listening to a Mind Value Meditation, by Vishen Lakhiani, called The 6 Phase Meditation. I really enjoyed that. It was really positive visualisation. It enabled me to start thinking about what life would be like once ...
