Born and raised in Chicago, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from DePaul University as well as a Certificate in Integrated Marketing from The University of Chicago.   Question Tell us a little bit about yourself and your journey As a management expert, how do you feel about customer service or customer experience on a global level? Why do you believe that all of these three things need to be cohesively aligned in order for a business to reap success?
