Episode Info: Episode 010: Interview with Rachel Whalley on the Nat Couropmitree Show (self-love podcast)"Speaking up for your needs" Rachel Whalley, MA, MFA, LMHCA, is a spiritual psychotherapist and coach who helps women let go of being “Good Girls” so that they can be truly Great. She believes that many women are “sorry”ing and censoring themselves into little boxes of hidden inner repression, and that it’s time to stop that! She created the workshop series and upcoming eBook “Good Girl Rehab” to teach women how to have healthier relationships with expressing their needs. Rachel is a Certified Systemic Constellations Facilitator, as well as a highly experienced EFT "tapper". She is also currently assisting Dr. Jay Earley in creating a massive online self-help application called Self-Therapy Journey. When she’s not therapizing, coaching or computing, she’s catching as many movies as possible, skittering outside for Seattle’s infamous “sun breaks,” and dancing as much as she humanly can.
