#64: You Already Have Everything You Need
Do you really need that new piece of gear? The truth is, probably not. Our modern day smart phones have more music making power than state of the art studios from just a few decades ago.In this episode, we talk about gear lust and how it gets in the way of our creative process. Plus I offer a few challenges you can give yourself to overcome the urge to buy new gear, accomplish goals, and perhaps reward yourself with a new toy when appropriate.

This is exactly what I needed!
I have been stuck on a lot of the issues Brian tackles in this podcast and listening to the episodes has helped me tremendously. If nothing else, it's helpful just to know another person encounters the same mental strife when it comes to being creative AND productive.

So happy to have found this unique series.
Thanks to this guy I'm excited about learning new things with Ableton and I'm making music instead of worrying about it somehow not working properly. He also interviews cool people that are actively pursuing their visions.
