Episode Info:

Paul Toliuszis (like delicious with a T) is a teacher of Jnana Yoga in Miami Beach. According to Yoga Basics.com “Jnana (wisdom or knowledge) is considered the most difficult of the four main paths of Yoga, requiring great strength of will and intellect. In Jnana yoga, the mind is used to inquire into its own nature and to transcend the mind’s identification with its thoughts and ego.” We think they are understating it. Paul is as intelligent as he is humble, a treasured gem of a teacher. We were blessed to have him join us for this week’s episode. Paul lays down some knowledge, Brian shows his grace, and as usual Cory puts his foot in his mouth by arguing against superior intellects. This is one of our most heady episodes to date!
