HOW TO GET BACK ON TRACK WITH YOUR FITNESS!! Getting back on track is hard, it’s very very hard. But you know what.. It’s also necessary! In this video I lay out my 4 big ideas on how you can get back on track with your fitness, training and diet. The 4 big ideas: 1. Think about how you fell off the wagon. Think about this and reverse engineer the cause of you falling off of it. This can never happen agian. 2. You’re only one bite, meal, or decision away of an whole new life!!! You can make the conscious decision to make a proper change!!! 3. Track everything! This to me as a coach is the BEST tool out there to get back on track with your fitness. If you need to track everything, that’s what it takes. Put in the work. 4.Hire a coach. If you can’t get yourself into the gym because you don’t know what to do. Hire yourself a coach and make the decision to invest into it. You can always make a change and hiring a coach will increase the odds of you getting back on track forever!
