And then you eat and you eat one of the fucking ones I’ve got a couple of exceptions.[15:20] There’s one called 16:8 you don’t eat for 16 hours a week for 8 I was getting so excited in the Excel window gobble gobble gobble gobble gobble, wasn’t working so the main two things up as I’ve changed to 21 so it’s 21 free from a 21 hours fasting, 3 hours eating bossy I finish eating at 6 p.m. start the clock I use now so I’ll 21 hours on. Look at the car lot 21 just makes it easier use the app call recorder is denser tomorrow don’t even have to remember what time I stopped, boy gets 7 8 you’re angry I want to snap if I now at 8 then it’s going to be 8765 17 before I can eat tomorrow for 2 knots, those food that Dr Hilary fucking Jones and crew tell you to eat talking about your good fats your cheese you meet your salads you fruit, you know whatever whatever you consider good whatever you can see the healthy but you don’t really eat because, you can’t be asked you add them on to the Night-Time allow list and that doesn’t reset your fast window, I’ll say it again because you weren’t listening.[16:44] You eat your dinner you can’t ups whatever fucking pizza can’t be chocolate chocolate I’ll come to you in a minute chocolate and soda drinks will come to an a minute, you eat your dinner you eat whatever excluding chocolate and soda drink you finish at 6 p.m. Go to your app faststart start my fast, it says you finished at 6 tomorrow you can start eating from 3 p.m. happy days, gets to 8 p.m. me I fuck I’m hungry do you know what get a cheese or baby get the fucking bacon out get the pork out get their brussel sprouts out get the bananas out get the apples out get the car itself. Any and that you’ve got on your build this list before and otherwise you’re just not adding things to it like you. Add a list of stuff that you want to eat that’s considered healthy but you wouldn’t really put the wouldn’t really choose as like your main meal because you just want to fucking eat pizza babies to taste good, you eat them then, to put someone on your stomach you sleep like baby Jesus you wake up the next day there off the list and you literally can’t eat until your fast opens.[18:03] Fast opens at 15 cycle repeat piece of piss to follow I want 21 hours now because I’ve been intermittent fast and for a period of time you might want to start with her a slow a window similar off, and then weird soda drinks and chocolate I’m only allowed them after 10000 steps on that day but they still, jizz it 10000 seconds am as long as I’m in the fast window but they do push the fast window timer back so it’s the same as like eating carbs so whenever you beating your chocolate or you’ve had a drink a soda. You know you’ve got a what date you’re up and see if I’ve only just finished me fast window now it’s confusing and don’t worry about it going to write a book sell it for millions because it’s easy and I’m losing weight peace out and on this week. ......
