Elise Morris is a positive psychology practitioner and a disruptor of conventional leadership and people management practices. She has spent over 25 years working in global and locally based corporate and public sector organizations. She believes that other people matter, and when we live and lead from this perspective, we allow ourselves and others to unlock potential and the ability to thrive and flourish. Elice consults to organizations on building positive people practices and is currently the Director of People and Culture at Swiss Wellness. In this conversation, you will hear Elise describe the program Swiss Wellness implemented. Movement, Nutrition, and Mindfulness are the three pillars of their whole person wellness program. She also mentions that their program was missing a component and she explains how they will integrate it.
