Episode Info:

Greetings grapple fans and welcome to a special edition of the Lost Art of Wrestling! This episode sees us not covering a PPV this time around, but a film. In 2008, Requiem for a Dream and future Black Swan director Darren Aronofsky got behind the camera to direct Mickey Rourke as Randy "The Ram" Robinson. Rourke plays an aging professional wrestler who, despite his failing health and waning fame, continues to wrestle in an attempt to cling to the success of his 1980s heyday. Having owned the film on DVD for a couple of years, THG had never seen the film, but we decided to change that! Join us as we get THGs first reaction to The Wrestler! -------------- Music Credits: White Comic - This Ain't the End of Me DigitalSh0ck - Rock Instrumental Music No.1 ( Ramskull - Son of Stars Find us on social media: Facebook: Twitter: Please also check out our main show "The Lost Art of Podcasting": Facebook: Twitter: Instagram: @lostartofpodcasting You can also sign up to support us on Patreon over at A small donation once a month gets you early access and bonus exclusive episodes!
