Best Podcast Out There for Improving My Ministry
When I was first called as EQ Pres. a couple of years ago, I received the usual leadership training - none. But I knew that there must be other leaders out there who had faced challenges similar to mine, and I wanted to hear their stories, so I could get ideas for how to minister more effectively in my quorum. I'm so glad I found this podcast. The episodes alternate among "thought leaders" (or people who have written books on the topic of leadership) and lay leaders who are sharing what challenges they have faced and how they have handled them. Many, many episodes are thought-provoking - I listen to some of them more than once. And just about every episode has at least one gem that I try to use to improve my own ministry. If you want to improve your service in the Church, give the podcast a try. This podcast delivers. It will help you become a better minister and leader.
