I'd like to share with you the story of Cheryl, 48, from California. The Power Foods Lifestyle helped her lose 25 pounds in 8 weeks. My jaw literally dropped when I got her transformation photos after she had been living the Power Foods Lifestyle. Before the Power Foods Lifestyle, she didn't feel healthy, had endometriosis, had no energy, and felt so overwhelmed that something needed to change. LOVE this podcast!
This is the only podcast I listen to on a regular basis because every episode is so good and informative! I've listened to almost all of the episodes and some of the multiple times. Kristy is funny, real, authentic, doesn't beat around the bush, and helps you apply her incredible knowledge. I've learned so much from her!
