It was an interesting talk, thank you both.
I concur about Andy's experiences of co-training. I've endured one or two 'challenging' relationships in the training room. As he suggests, reaching an understanding beforehand about cross communication during training does help. It's about supporting the trainer - whover it is - up front. This may take the form of pre-arranged signals, even facial expressions(!) and if there are any corrections or queries to be made then it's done away from the group. It's a form of etiquette that not all trainers are aware of. Especially those who have not had a lot of formal trainer training.

Fascinating interview. Judy Rees discovers what works for Andy Smith in a collaboration. They also discuss how to give and take feedback so it's constructive and not explosive.
