My guest in this episode of Totally Well Podcast is Stanley J. Ward, Ph.D.

About Stanley J. Ward:

Dr. Stan Ward holds a PhD in Leadership studies and is the founder and principal of Influence Coaching. He is also an International Coaching Federation certified coach who works throughout the U.S. with leaders in for profit industries that include aerospace, automotive sales, design, and financial planning, as well as non profits focused on education and community development.

Dr. Ward's latest project is a new book: How to Beat Burnout for Yourself, Your Family, and Your Team. The book reminds high performers that "self-care is not selfish," especially when we learn how to take care of ourselves in a way that also helps our families and work groups thrive as well.

He is also co-editor of Ethical Leadership: A Primer and a frequent presenter at the International Leadership Association's global conference.
