The most useful resource for my recovery
I have been listening for over a year now and can honestly say that Jessica's podcast has been the most helpful and influential tool in my recovery. I've suffered anorexia for a decade and experienced much treatment with varying degrees of success. Recovery Warriors opened up my world to self-discovery and is a friendly, supportive and motivational voice in my ear. It made me realise that recovery, and indeed suffering, from an eating disorder is about so much more than one's relationship to food. Discovering the community of beautiful, inspirational people out there, all fighting the same battle to develop their authentic selves, has been instrumental. Even though we warriors will probably never meet each other, I am honoured to be part of this army.
