Social Media Has Changed War Forever
War. War has changed.
Anyone can keep up to date with the latest conflict on Twitter. Facebook is a great place to watch the propaganda game of entire countries unfold. YouTube amplifies previously marginalized conspiracy theories to millions. Everything is different now.
This week on War College, we talk to author and journalist David Patrikarakos about his new book War in 140 Characters: How Social Media Is Reshaping Conflict in the Twenty-First Century.

Fascinating topics that aren't often discussed
Much different from the usual content you'll find in the news, War College stays away from politics and instead focuses on the practical issues militaries face. Some shows get heavy into technology, others in history, but it's always a breath of fresh air. The guests are unique and insightful and they come from many different backgrounds. My only complaint is that the shows often end before the topic has been adequately discussed.
