Episode Info: In this episode James and Regie talk about Nintendo's continuing problem with under producing their products to meet demand. It seems to be an ongoing thing now that Nintendo doesn't make enough consoles to meet the demand of their fans. We saw it with the NES Classic, the Nintendo Switch and now with the SNES Classic. Why is Nintendo doing this? Why are they cheating themselves out of tons of money and letting down long time fans who can't make it to the stores before the scalpers buy 10 consoles a piece only to resell them online for double the cost? Does Nintendo really think a sale is a sale? Does Nintendo really not see that their fans aren't the ones actually buying the systems? By deliberately limiting their production, to create a false sense of collectability, they are also creating a hostile environment where they are alienating their fanbase.
