This is Mark and Steve from ILoveWeightloss.co.uk, the place to be to lose fat and increase muscle tone. Today, we’re going to give you 2 tips on how to fit better into your clothes immediately. Stephen:  Tip #1 is to make sure you are eating real food. Now, what do I mean when I say that? I mean you want to be trying to only eat foods that have one ingredient. So if you think about it, processed foods, if you look on the back of the packaging, they’ll have a gazillion different ingredients. If you’re eating naturally occurring foods, they’ll actually only have one ingredient. For example, vegetables, organic meats or fish, they only actually have one ingredient. So by eating whole foods, you’re going to actually find that your metabolism is increased and you’ll start to lose more fat. Mark: I mean, it’s pretty obvious when you open up a kiwi fruit or an avocado, you can prepare that to a ready meal. The taste and the whole texture of the two are completely different. And that’s the single ingredient foods. Tip #2 is to reduce your refined carbohydrates. You want to be getting your carbohydrates from vegetables and select fruits such as berries, pomegranates, kiwi fruits and things like that and you want to be steering clear of white pastas and all that really refined, colorless foods. So that’s foods that really don’t have any color because they’re just pretty much white. And if you stick to foods with lots of color like broccoli, like tomatoes, berries, all of those types of foods, you’re going to be losing weight and fitting back into your clothes a lot, lot quicker.
