Episode Info:

Grace Lindell is not your ordinary 19 year-old. She has been heading to Lake Placid almost every summer, often times to watch her father Dean compete in the Ironman. It was only a matter of time before she tried her hand at one herself. This year, that’s just what she did. And boy did she do it in a big way. Not only did Grace complete the Ironman, but she came in third place in the 18-24 age group!

Grace became well known amongst the Ironman competitors that weekend when her family and friends went out and chalked up just about every hill in Lake Placid with encouraging messages for their favorite Ironman. We had the great opportunity to sit down with Grace and her father Dean in-studio and talk about… well, just about everything.
