HIGHLIGHTS Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), are really in-tune with things vs. calling it highly sensitive The biggest difference between coaching and therapy is there is no diagnosis and people are mentally healthier; meaning they have a stronger sense of self, yet are open to going deeper in letting go of old beliefs/mindsets, etc. I also think we therapists are great coaches because we know how to ask great questions; help in getting people to move forward in their lives vs stay in a disempowered mode. We also have training in communication, boundaries, and so much. Each of us can bring our skills as therapists and other professions into coaching What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
