Adrian Franco Zevado, is an International Lawyer, Mediator, Family Constellations Practitioner who was appointed by the Mexican senate to this post. Mexico has recently passed a General Law on Victims with the intention to help victims of crimes –mainly violent ones– to reconnect with their resources and resilience and transcend the events of victimization. What has motivated Mexico to create such an innovative program? What ideas is this commission exploring? How is the program being received in Mexico?
