About a week ago, I received a phone call from an unknown number. Thinking it was just a telemarketer, I picked up disgruntled. Turns out it was Olympic legend, Dan Gable, responding to an email I had send out weeks ago. I would be lying if I said I wasn't surprised. A day later I traveled to Dan's home in Iowa City to interview him for the podcast. It was a fascinating conversation and I wish I would've had the mic rolling as he gave me a tour through his home. For those of you who don't know Dan is an Olympic gold medal winner and one of the greatest wrestlers AND wrestling coaches to ever live.
