Welcome to the Too Much Too Soon Guide to Sleep. How often do you find yourself in bed tossing and turning not able to shut your mind off? Have you experienced trauma, grief, stress that picks apart your mind all night in bed? The Guide to Sleep is a spoken track that was created for the restless sleeper with an active brain. I felt the need to create the Guide to Sleep podcast after losing both my parents to cancer. I found myself losing sleep, my sanity hanging above me with no answers on how to end my fidgety restless mind besides taking prescribed pills to sleep. I have come up with a mind distracting dialogue including questions on life all to the sweet sounds of smooth jazz that will help you focus on my words to forget your worries and just sleep.
